Session Studio is a dedicated space in your browser for capturing live sessions with Eleos—designed to give you the highest-quality audio, even in environments that may otherwise cause issues.
If your EHR introduces audio glitches or reduces quality, Session Studio helps ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
Why Use Session Studio?
Some systems, especially those built on older architecture, can interfere with audio capture. Session Studio helps you avoid:
Audio distortions
Lost or low-quality recordings
Workflow disruptions
When you use Session Studio, you can count on:
Clear, uninterrupted audio
Accurate Suggestions
Reliable session capture—every time
When Should I Use Session Studio?
You should use Session Studio to capture Live Sessions in the following scenarios:
When using specific EHRs: If your organization uses Credible, Smartcare, Kipu, or PCE, navigating within the EHR during a session can cause audio freezes.
Short EHR or virtual machine (VM) timeouts: If your sessions are regularly cut off in under 60 minutes—and timeout settings can’t be extended—audio capture may be interrupted.
Telehealth via Citrix: Virtualized environments like Citrix often introduce poor audio quality. Session Studio helps work around that limitation.
How it Works
Using Session Studio is easy. Just:
Open the Sidebar as usual and click “Capture Session.”
In the window that appears, click the blue button.
If the button is labeled “Start capturing in a new tab,” clicking it will automatically open the generic page in a new browser tab.
If the button is labeled “Copy Eleos link,” click to copy and then paste the link into a new browser tab.
Once the Sidebar opens in a new tab, click “Capture Session” and proceed as usual.
