When you see the “Note Mismatch Identified” pop-up in Eleos, it’s our way of letting you know there’s a difference between the note saved in Eleos and the one in your EHR. This alert helps prevent accidental overwriting of important information in your EHR.

  • There’s a discrepancy between the two versions of your note.

What to Do Next

If you’re confident that the version saved in Eleos is the one you want to keep:

  1. Click “Reopen Note with Eleos.”

  2. This action will accept the version saved in Eleos and apply it to your EHR.
